Cancellation and Replacement
If you have registered and have paid in full but are unable to attend COLLABORATE 18, you will incur a non-refundable $400 USD processing fee if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the COLLABORATE 18 organizers on or before March 8, 2018. A 50% refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the COLLABORATE organizers by April 18, 2018.
Please note, cancellations received on or after Wednesday, April 18, 2018, will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Please send your cancellation request by e-mail to or by fax to +1 404.240.0998. All requests must be submitted in writing, either by e-mail or by fax. Cancellations by phone will NOT be accepted. Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 no later than April 18, 2018. After April 18, 2018, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
